World Championships 2007-Oulton Broad (Lowestoft) ENGLAND
On the Saturday of the Championships the weather was not good, it was windy not ideal for hydroplane racing. The first practice session got underway with Craig Speller being caught out by a gust of wind and flipped the boat over. The practice session was closed until conditions improved. The boat was damaged but repaired.
We had a poor qualifying time with the prototype hull but could do nothing about it. During the racing we had several collisions with other craft which needed repairs. Our overall position ended up being 14th.
